Founder The company was founded by Thuto Myoli. She is a young black woman with an eye for entrepreneurship. She was born during the born free generation with hopes for the future. Her dream is to help poverty stricken people and believes that the best way to do this is by means of permanent employment that based on skills acquired that can be used in a positive and productive manner. She believes that No company is too small to create a change and to help one person at a time.

Vision Disascapes vision is to utilize its surrounding local semi-skilled labour within the services it provides with the view of ongoing skills transfer and transformation of the present labour market within the local economy in line with improving better lives for the youth and surrounding community and decreasing employment rates. Disascape (Pty) Ltd offers excellent craftsmanship and service , delivering high quality end- result through constant consultation with our clients and establish expert consultations in order to provide quality result to all our clients. The company involves PDI employees and sub-contractors to helps develop their skills to the highest possible level through in house training and sub contracting , thus giving them and improving various skills such as project management skills at several different levels.
